I paid extra to upgrade my order to include coleslaw instead of chips, and they didn't read the docket properly and gave me chips and not the coleslaw I requested and upgraded to.

Triple Rippa Box was only a regular rippa and the wings were tiny and gross like they'd been sitting in the hotbox for hours

Have only ever bought red rooster twice in my life. The first time it was super salty, cold and not great. This time I thought, you know that could’ve just been a once off experience. But unfortunately… it wasn’t. This time same thing, the door dasher did a great job, they were super quick to deliver. But everything was cold. The chips were at the stage where it was like they’d be sitting out for a while, the mash in the mash and gravy was all cold on the bottom of the container. The chicken was definitely not cooked long enough. The roll for the Rippa roll was way too hard. Think this definitely convinced me not to buy from here again, better off sticking with the classic kfc.
