After being totally unsatis-fried with another Fried Chicken companies greasy mess on more than one occasion, I've made the switch. So far, Red Rooster's fried chicken is never greasy & has a great tasting, crunchy coating. The Coleslaw always tastes fresh & is not 'brunoise'd' beyond recognition & watery. Even the chips are crunchy, never soggy. They could use a bit more potato in their Potato & Gravy though.

Flayyva was missing the Bacon, Tomato, Cheese and Herbed Mayo that I had ordered, all I got was a chicken tender, lettuce in a wrap. Chicken was perfectly cooked and coating amazing

I asked for regular gravy and they sent me solid gravy. Burger had rotten chicken
