Rarely find a burger this photogenic. I had ordered a burger a few days ago, and then today took advantage of the BOGO offer with the Picante Burger (added mushrooms). The sauce is just phenomenal. The patty was perfectly cooked. Hats off to the employees!

Even tho the food arrived cold the shroom The Shroom Combo was so freakin tasty! first time I get a burger with real meat flavour. Even the garlic sauce in it is so yummy! The fries are real cut potato fries, good portion for one persion. Might order the sandwich only next time to save some money and because I dont like cold fries.

Had the original burger and fries. The Original Burger was good and had a nice texture. I wish there was a no tomato option though as you can't write special requests for this store. The Hand Cut Fries were some of the best I've had in a long time and were a generous portion!

Deeply disappointing. Back in the early days I used to LOVE BFF. Specifically the Shroom Burger. This was an embarrassment to what it once was. Meat was burnt, tough and somehow had their beef bacon stuck to the patty.. burger comes with cheese and I paid an extra $1.50 for extra cheese, only to receive not a single slice of cheese. Very little flavour outside of the aioli which was put on unevenly and rather sparingly. Ordered a side of Vegetarian Gravy to dip my burger, for $2.50 and received a lukewarm, 1.15oz container that was empty 1/2 way through my burger, which I chose not to finish because it was not pleasant to eat. Really, really disappointing. As I said, I truly used to love this place and was hoping to enjoy the food I used to but this just isn't it. Hope this was a slip up and that their quality hasn't tanked this dramatically because that would be a shame. They genuinely once had a great product and this doesn't even begin to resemble what it used to be.

The Melt Combo - heard such things about this place finally after years I said why not, fries were decent good portion, seem to used bacon and veggies the beef well- dry like eating sand at the beach ... dry . and burnt like the sun lol . very disappointed maybe cook had off day which happens .anyways .
