This place can be good but is inconsistent. Original Beef patty was undercooked and a sloppy mess. Ville Cheesesteak roll was dry and chewy, not fresh. Messy as not wrapped well. Mexicano Loaded Fries once again didn't have american cheese or cheese sauce, only mozzarella. Overall disappointing, will order somewhere else in future. Also took much longer than advertised plus driver had 2 stops. Luke warm temp.

Everything was delicious. Beef Mexicano Fries were a favourite. Only issues, the 5 Pcs Chicken Ribs were a little bit dry. Also, took 30 mins for order to be confirmed so took 30 mins longer than ETA. Overall, pleasantly surprised with food for first time trying.

Quality has gone downhill. Mexicano Loaded Fries missing American sliced cheese once again, missing cheese sauce and ville sauce. Portion getting smaller and smaller. Brisket Cheesesteak missing American sliced cheese and ville sauce, bread was chewy/stale and not toasted, brisket not tasty. Ville sauce missing on everything. If they ran out it should not be an option. Very disappointing meal, don't think I will order again. Way overpriced.

They consistently have great food but what made them stand out is that I had an issue where half my order was missing. I called up the restaurant and they went above and beyond to rectify the issue and were very apologetic. It was an inconvenience but they did an excellent job of fixing the issue and being understanding. I would definitely order again based on how well they treat customers.
