I ordered the Yuzu Ramen, and the broth was nice and sour/citrus-y. The noodles were separated from the broth, which meant that once I assembled everything, the noodles still had a nice chewy texture. It had 3 pieces of white meat chicken, half an egg, bamboo shoots and cilantro. Next time I may add extra bamboo shoots or spinach. I like lots of veg.
I also ordered the Orenji ramen, Chicken Karaage and Salmon + ikura Bowl -- haven't tried them yet, but all were well packeged. The salmon bowl had a miso soup side, which unfortunately was upside-down when it was delivered so it leaked a little into the bag. Not sure if that was a packaging or delivery error, but that was a bit of a bummer.

Incredibly easy pick up! Everyone was so sweet! Answered all my questions! The Chirashi bowl was sooo filling -- so delicious. I'll definitely be back.

This definitely is the best ramen place in the Valley. They also have fabulous sushi. Those words would rarely ever come out of my mouth but it's true. I love the hamachi crudo, the gold leaf roll, the scallop sushi, the howaito ramen and the spicy shrimp wontons...I could eat 10 orders of those delicious wontons. Yummy

The shrimp wontons were some of the best I've EVER had. They taste so good, they have a heavy note of yuzu but it works so well with the spicy sauce they use. 10/10 and the takoyaki was so good too. I recommend the items above and the sushi as well.
