• 12/26/23I ordered the Yuzu Ramen, and the broth was nice and sour/citrus-y. The noodles were separated from the broth, which meant that once I assembled everything, the noodles still had a nice chewy texture. It had 3 pieces of white meat chicken, half an egg, bamboo shoots and cilantro. Next time I may add extra bamboo shoots or spinach. I like lots of veg.
I also ordered the Orenji ramen, Chicken Karaage and Salmon + ikura Bowl -- haven't tried them yet, but all were well packeged. The salmon bowl had a miso soup side, which unfortunately was upside-down when it was delivered so it leaked a little into the bag. Not sure if that was a packaging or delivery error, but that was a bit of a bummer.

• 6/4/22This definitely is the best ramen place in the Valley. They also have fabulous sushi. Those words would rarely ever come out of my mouth but it's true. I love the hamachi crudo, the gold leaf roll, the scallop sushi, the howaito ramen and the spicy shrimp wontons...I could eat 10 orders of those delicious wontons. Yummy

• 11/2/25The shrimp wontons were some of the best I've EVER had. They taste so good, they have a heavy note of yuzu but it works so well with the spicy sauce they use. 10/10 and the takoyaki was so good too. I recommend the items above and the sushi as well.
