My absolute favorite meal here! The Blackened Salmon is cooked just right , moist and tender. I sub for collards since I'm not a big fan of asparagus, and they are seasoned so well. I love that they give you plenty of rice too! Everything just melds so well. Bon apetite!

The blackened salmon at this restaurant is consistently perfect. I don't usually eat fish, only shellfish. But Busboys and Poets has incredible salmon, a wonderful salsa, and a terrific sauce. The Cobb salad is also really great.

we love the fried chicken.Its always fresh, tasty and juicy. the portions are generous. their salmon is always made perfectly and such top quality great salmon. Love their lattes too!we've tried just about everything on their menu and you can't go wrong. everything is delicious. you can tell they care and I feel the love they put into making their food.thanks busboys!

Everything about Busboys and Poets is wonderful. From the freshness of their House salad to the chicken to the dressing and its portion is perfect. Busboys and poets has always been consistent. I love this place..

Great that they have pre-listed options! The tempe (instead of meat) was cooked to perfection!
The combination of spices in the chai latte tasted just like the chai tea I had while living in Indonesia!
Large portions means I have enough for brunch tomorrow!
