Since 1992, Buster's Sea Cove has been a staple of the St. Lawrence Market, delivering a selection of seafood known for its simple but tasty preparation and freshness.
Such delicious Halibut & Chips, with an incredibly reasonable price. A generous serving of fish, and shoestring fries (my favourite). I happen to like greasy fish & chips, but if you don't, this might not be the shop for you. Me, I'm a major fan.

Clam Strips & Fries were foul and bland. The clams were entombed in a heavy, flavourless breading that you couldn't tell what, if anything, was inside. The fries were pale, flavourless and cold and went in the bin. You could probably find better seafood in the freezer section of the grocery store. The Haddock On a Bun (2-for-1 deal) was battered and fried, not grilled like the menu description and there was no side of coleslaw for either sandwich. The fish was greasy and bland on a doughy bun with the only flavour coming from the sliver of red onions. Threw out the sandwiches because it was just sad and unappetizing. I haven't been to Buster's in many years and based off this order, things have gone downhill. Not worth the expense.

Halibut & Chips: such a great price for two pieces of fish, plus fries, slaw, and tartar sauce.
A Friday-night favourite of mine.

The Lobster Bisque Soup was good! Creamy, and good flavour. The calamari was lack luster. It was over cooked, rubbery and was reported to come with different sauces- it came with seafood sauce. The Caesar salad was not mixed and came with out of the bottle dressing. I'd just stick with the soup.

I had the Haddock & Chips . The Haddock was good and well coated in batter but the fries were terrible. Shoestring thin and were a bit burnt with a butter taste from the oil.
Quite disappointing but as long as you avoid the fries it will be OK.
