Fresh butcher meats cook up tender and delicious. Prepared smoked Dino ribs are incredible! Highly recommend if you love a hefty beef rib with lots of tender meat, perfectly smoked, and seasoned with only salt and pepper to highlight the delicious beef flavor. Clam chowder is very delicious and we also highly recommend. It is served hot and you can also find it in the freezer section. The dilly potato salad is a tasty side that complements the smoked meats and chicken. My favorite place in Prineville!

The ribs are good, but not fall off the bone. Also, the silverskin needs to be removed before cooking.
