I ordered the Butt Plate with okra & onion rings. As usual, the bbq was 5/5, but the okra & onion rings were over cooked. They tasted like near-burned batter, nothing like okra or onions. The Banana Pudding had a strange taste, almost like it had perfume in it. Very strange taste.

I had a disappointing experience overall. The frontend server took several minutes to locate my order, which was supposed to be ready before I arrived. Additionally, they forgot to provide the drink that was meant to accompany my meal. The food was greasy, and the fried okra was not placed on a napkin or drip pan, causing excess oil to saturate everything. The Mac and Cheese was flavorless, similar to a frozen dinner, and not homemade at all. The onion rings were also overly greasy. As for the two ribs, they were under-seasoned and lacked smoke flavor. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

Butt hutt always cheats you out when you order from doordash. I ordered a side for 5.50, expecting it to be in another container for that much money, but they just threw 4 corn nuggets into my main meal. Theyve done this before too! Don't get the sides here for that expensive

I've ordered the rib plate a number of times and this time the ribs were undercooked and the slaw doesn't seem to have much mayo in it anymore -so the quality is not consistent. I'm disappointed. I don't think I'll be ordering it again.

Wow, this place has GREAT food. I'm impressed. Large portions too. I had ribs and okra and corn nuggets and stew, awesome. I will certainly order here again
