I’m a regular at Butter Pecan because I love how soft and delicious the cookies usually are. I understand that ordering from the Vallejo location may mean they aren’t always fresh out of the oven, but every time I’ve ordered here, the cookies have been hard and seemed overbaked. I was excited to share them with my kids, but they were just too hard to enjoy. Out of the 6 cookies I ordered, only one was soft enough to eat. I’m hoping this location can improve the consistency because I know how great these cookies can be.

They did not give me 6 dark chocolate, not to mention the cookies seem underbaked. Pretty disappointed.
