This store is severly overpriced for what you get. The chicken was nice, but the burger was small and poorly packaged. They packed the burger pressed against a corn cob, which left half the bun soggy and squashed. Sadly, it didn't live up to the hype at all.

The chicken at butter used to be great. But the last few orders have been very dry. Theyve also changed the laces from thin shoestring fries to thick cut fries. The gravy has also become very salty. Butter used to be the best, but now it's very disappointing. I dont think I'll be ordering anymore.

I ordered the 3 wings and fries meal and my chicken was not fully cooked and the bones in each of the wings were all broken.
