Love this place! I order from here anytime I have the money to spare because they are a bit pricey, but the food is amazing. :) They even made my day today by putting "Have a great day!" on my pentashot espresso drink. xD I needed that after having to flip my nightshift schedule on its head and work early morning opening. :) Y'all are amazing.

I used to order BW's chicken strips every week. I havent ordered them in a few months and somewhere they changed their recipe or distributer and the breading is now maybe cornflour or cornmeal? The color and flavor used to be closer to a KFC chicken strip and now they are much smaller (more of a chicken nugget strip hybrid), less flavorful and gritty. Sadly, I will not be ordering them again.

For $60 worth of food I am very disappointed. French Toast Sticks stated an order of 5, we only received 4 stuffed in a to go cup. Instead of the Nutty Chicken Wrap we received two Nutty Chicken Salads. The chicken was chewy and the ranch dressing ordered was missing. For the amount we paid I would expect better.

I was really disappointed with my experience here, especially given the pricing. I ordered a hamburger that was over $20, and it arrived undercooked — the meat was very red inside and clearly not cooked all the way through. That’s not acceptable at this price point.
To make matters worse, I also ordered a slice of carrot cake for $10, and what I received was an extremely small sliver (see photos). The portion size did not match the cost at all and felt misleading.
Overall, the quality and portion sizes did not justify the prices. Unfortunately, this experience was not worth what I paid, and I won’t be returning.

I like the cinnamon rolls, but you're lucky if you actually get one and not a cheap plastic packaged sugar cookie that you're supposed to accept for the nearly 7 dollars paid. I'd rather just see a refund for the item. It's less insulting.
