I wasn't previously aware of Byrd's. So glad to have discovered it on DoorDash! The Byrd Bomb was, indeed, da' bomb--- everything I'd hoped for based on the pic/description. No way I'll be able to finish this in one sitting; but the leftovers will make for a perfect reason to get out of bed tomorrow.

I went one night and got the CHEESE FRIES because it was buy one get one free, they were packed and tasted amazing, warning mild is still pretty hot, can't recommend the cheese fries enough, they were so good I had to go back the next day and try the 3 tender combo and the tenders were tiny, they gave me like 4 fries, absolute ripoff

Drink was not a fountain drink despite paying for a fountain drink. The 3 pieces of chicken were dry, over cooked, and shriveled like they were many days old. You also only get one fork full of coleslaw. Not with the price or fees associated with order. Would not order again.

Everything tasted great, Large Fries were well seasoned. I was disappointed that the piece of chicken on my SINGLE SANDWICH was a basically a single tender, maybe 1/3 the size of the rest of the sandwich, kind of a rip.

The quality of the chicken is really high, really big pieces and very juicy. The issue I had with my order is that it was clear that the oil used to fry the chicken was on its way out. To the point where I started removing the breading to just eat the chicken.
Side Note: chicken was fried hard, so super crispy. If that's not your preference, I would keep that in mind.
