• 4/22/22LARGEST MOST DELICIOUS HERO I'VE HAD OUTSIDE OF BROOKLYN. REAL ITALIAN DELI ALL INGREDIENTS FRESH AND IT COMES BEAUTIFULLY PACKAGED SO YOU KNOW IT WAS HANDLE WITH CARE AS IF YOUR NONA OR UNCLE PAULIE MADE IT FOR YOU.

Didn't like
• 1/12/23hoagie roll was extremely hard, did not add mustard as requested in the special instructions, and was not an option to add more than one condiment. (I already selected mayo.) the meat and cheese amounts were excellent

• 10/11/25first time I ever tried this place
better than subways and I have a new hero place we'll be trying many more
it was excellent
Chicken Parmigiana
roast beef with gravy
only complaint is that I could have
more gravy
but I'm a gravy head
the chicken parmesan taste better than any pizzeria

• 12/4/25I always get my bagels here. Best bagels ever can literally take a run for their money on those expensive manhatten spots if it was just more known
