this was an amazing culinary experience. the food was very tasty. this place seems to be authentic xinjiang one, i will have to try many other dishes from here.
the only couple things we weren't stoked about were the lack of dips for 手工羊肉蒸饺 (8个) Steamed Lamb Dumplings (8pcs) and 美味牛肉饼 (2个) Beef Pie (2pcs), and the 孜然羊肉炒饭 Cumin Lamb Fried Rice didn't have enough meat for the huge amount of rice.
having said that, every single thing was exceptionally tasty. although it's pricier than ohter places, everything is very yummy, I am hooked

牛肉段烧茄子 Braised Beef with Eggplant was tasty but portion size was small for the price. The beef was battered and deeped fried before the eggplant, peppers and sauce were added.
The 醋溜木须 Sauteed Beef with Egg & Veg had good taste but wasn't expecting cooked cucumber and black fungus. I wished they had a better description of their dishes so the customer knows what to expect.
