the hot HOT CHICKEN + PICKLES *NEW* are yummy! Did not find them "hot" but they were crispy, and had lots of flavour

Med bowl was pretty good. Steak frites was horrible. 8oz steak was tiny (6oz, which I guess is fine after cooking), tough and chewy, huge corner of gristle, and burnt past charred on the outside. Fries are nothing special, taste like fast food...and yet it was $32?? Not good, and I'm not a picky eater. Also the kale salad being SALTY is not a great addition to this meal, I immediately just tossed it. Extremely bad for the price. I originally had this at 2 stars but I'm lowering to 1. Nothing good to say about the most expensive part of the meal.

I received the chicken breast and it was barely a chicken breast, I had to take a photo of it it was that bad. and the rice was super dry and for $30 and normal Cactus Club quality I expected more.

Ordered lettuce wraps to share and they came with only 4 pieces of lettuce which were wilted and brown. Very disappointing to receive such low quality food at such a high price.

We order from Cactus Club pretty frequently and lately we've had issues. We ordered extras yesterday for leftovers and when we went to reheat them for dinner tonight the SZECHUAN LETTUCE WRAPS we ordered had very undercooked chicken.
