I always get the club it's the best, they're generous with the chicken and bacon and everything is right where it should be. Chocolate croissant slaps too

Appears to be a new york style bagel, not a montreal style as advertised. very large and fluffy. Bagel did not appear to be toasted, bacon was stale and overcooked, crumbling gritty texture in the mouth. Cheese had little to no flavor. Used to really enjoy Cadmans, this was a disappointment, only had a few bites and didn't want to eat any more

I decided to try a new place (instead of ESD or Kettleman's). The bagel had a very small amount of lox on it compared to other places for the price, and the soup I ordered was out-of-stock but instead of being refunded was automatically substituted with a diet coke (which I will never drink) and partially refunded. Additionally, the orange juice was packed laying down sideways and leaked everywhere.
The bagel itself was fresh and tasted fine, so no issue with food quality. The remaining non-leaked OJ was also clearly fresh.

I rarely rate a restaurant less than 5/5 so for this to get a 1/5 its gotta be particularly bad. We also got the most ice cold samosas I've ever eaten, I mean they were fresh out of the freezer! The bagels were tasty with the filling but stale and hard, one of them was so stale and hardened it shattered to pieces upon me taking a bite!
The reviews here are great so maybe I got a bad patch. But honestly this was a horrible experience.
