Stuffed Jalapeño is one of my favs --as well as seaweed salad. Ramen is delicious with loads of flavor in the broth. 168 roll is another "go-to". Love this place and happy its here in Rifle. Just wish the dining room was a bit bigger. But take out has be great!

Vietnamese Sandwich (Beef or Pork)I was confused why they didn't call it a Bánh Mì but when I got it I was kinda glad they didn't. It's a different sandwich with similarities to Bánh Mì but on white bread and not a baguette and no carrots and a thick sauce vs a thin vinegary one. I'm not mad because it's good enough for rifle. Kinda an American fusion version which is interesting in its own way. The Spam Musubi was really good, probably the best I've had and the presentation was really nice too.

I love this restaurant but literally no sauce with my wontons and the wontons had zero filling feels like a waste of money for food that's basically inedible. Sushi's avocado was black which was also kinda disappointing.
