The Plain Croissant was half the size it usually is as well as burnt and it was over 5.00! I want a refund for croissant!

2nd time this week receiving a burnt Plain Croissant! over 5.00, no one wants to pay that for a burnt anything. Dissapointedagain because I buy here forthe usual good quality but this is twice this week got burnt!

For some reason they don't allow you to choose which soda you want, even though they list five different sodas. I called to request the soda I wanted three times, and the line was busy. I asked my driver to request the soda, and they said they didn't have that one. Even though it's on the menu. Bagel was okay, nothing great.

I ordered the Lox and Bagel with Cream Cheese and Lox . The photo shows capers, tomatoes, onions
etc..
mine came with only cream cheese and Lox. very disappointing
