I was born and raised in NY, home of the bagel, and honesty, anything else outside of the metro area usually isnt a bagel but just a round disappointment of dough. These bagels were awesome. Crispy on the outside and soft and angelic on the inside. Exactly what a bagel should be. I'll thank my Uncle Matt for telling me about this place, he moved up here from NY many decades ago and although he has lost is taste in sports teams, he hasnt lost his taste in bagels. 

P.S. - What happened to the Bruins?!

The bagels were not of the types I ordered. This is the second time I have received a random selection.
