Cafe Gratitude has gone significantly downhill over the years. I keep ordering hoping it will be as good as it used to. But I can no longer pay $20 for old soggy lettuce and brown and yellow kale that is supposed to be green. Sad.

The I Am Vibrant (Matcha Latte) was very dissapointing, a yucky texture in my opinion, as well as yucky taste, spoken as someone who drinks a matcha almost daily I've had very feebad matchas. Particularly dissapointing for 10 dollars.

I Am Cherished (Cheesecake of the Day) was phenomenal. I Am Strong (Curry Sweet Potato Tacos) were very flavorful. I will definitely recommend. Loved the cute eco boxes that the food came in. Love that the meals are named after affirmations which are also handwritten on the food boxes.

I the I Am Fulfilled (Mac n' Cheese) was delicious (and very rich and filling). I added the cauliflower on top which was a great addition. I also loved i am I Am Cherished (Cheesecake of the Day); it was so light and fruity. The I Am Gentle (Banana Bread) was so good, not too sweet, just the right amount!

Everything is so fresh amd tasty with surprising elements of texture and flavor. The I Am Flourishing (Mushroom Tacos) were quite substantial.
