I had their Traditional Eggs Benedict yesterday (as well), and it was delish. Today, the hollandaise sauce was very thin/runny so not very flavorful, and not much sauce is given on the actual dish itself. The food is great - just looking for that consistency. Thank you!

Added onions and they were very large pieces of greasy fried onions, gave a very odd flavor
