The skewer Of Kafta Kabab was seasoned perfectly, cooked perfectly, and nice sized. The Tabouli (Large) salad was very good, the lemon juice dressing just perfect. I personally prefer cracked grain in my tabouli, but I have noticed that is not the local custom. All was fresh and delicious. Cafe Maurice is probably the most underrated Mediterranean food restaurant in Wichita. I have never had a mediocre meal there; it is always first class.

Hummus Sauteed Veggies is DECADENT!!! soooo tasty!!! the vegetables are perfectly cooked and seasoned and the hummus is flavorful and smooth. absolutely excellent top notch food. 10/10

this was a lot of money to pay for a few pieces of lettuce, couple tomatoes, and some fairly thin sliced gyro meat.

Ordered a small fattoush with chicken. The chicken was hot and wrapped separately which was a nice surprise! The salad was fresh and yummy.

They have the best steak burger & pasta carbonara! I love the grilled chicken skewer! Delicious every time! Best in Wichita!
