The chicken had a lot of burned edges that I couldn't even cut with a steak knife. The side of Guacamole is way over priced!! $2.29 for a very small container with maybe a TBSP of guacamole in it. The rice was also hard and raw. Inedible!!smal container of queso&chips for $5.78 Very disappointed with the recent quality and quantity of food from one of my favorite restaurants

I've loved Cafe Rio since it opened in Utah. Today I ordered & was expecting what I usually get for around the same price. Needless to say, they must have changed a lot in the past couple of months that I ordered last. They made the queso & chips so much smaller for the same price they used to charge for the larger one but now they're two different prices. The kids meal used to include rice, chips & pico but now it's only a quesadilla(smaller than it used to be), orange slice & sour cream --- all while charging the same price or more than they did previously. The drink was larger than expected but it tasted really watered down & bitter for some reason. The salad seems smaller too with less lettuce & meat. I'm very disappointed. Everyone was saying the quality has gone downhill but I didn't want to believe it. Wish I would've smh.

Ordered a salad and got rotten cilantro and full of liquid, almost a soup. Ordered Guac and it came full of liquid too and topped with cheese. For somene who can't have dairy, cheese on Guac is not okay. No ice in my fountain drink. Burrito was mostly rice and no meat. Costa vida is far superior than Cafe Rio. Save yourself and don't order for here.

They accidentally added something to my order that I did not want, and made me a corrected one. But still gave me both! I was able to provide lunch for myself and my coworker. Great service.

Best Taco salad! The flavors are amazing! Best Chips & Guacamole!! The Strawberry lemonade is not over sweet and delicious!
