Meat is practically inedible, so dry and hard. And the sauce it is cooked in has burned so the entire tostada tastes burnt. There is at least 3/4 cup of tortilla strips, I like a few, not every bite to have 6 in it.

Ive had more meat in a TacoBell soft taco. The shell was dry and the edges were crunchy like it was stale. It was such a waste of money. I asked for cojito cheese and that wasnt there either. So disappointed. My large drink had so much ice in it that even after I drank it the cup still was over half full with ice.

The worst experience by far with this place. Queso and Chips were not even warm and the chips were not cooked. The bag with the Side of Creamy Tomatillo Dressing was thrown in and completely opened so we had none for the Salad. Salad had ever that was supposed to be left off on it. Not good.

I ordered the salad and there was VERY little lettuce. How do you make a salad with no lettuce??? The "salad" was mostly rice and pico. Shredded chicken was the consistency of tuna. Very disappointed.

Cafe rio has gone way downhill. Their burritos now have about two teaspoons of pork in them. They skimp more and more on toppings and the flavors are off. They changed the recipe of their cilantro ranch and it tastes like crap now. I've tried several times thinking it's a one off bad experience but Im done. I will not be ordering again.
