ordered grilled steak burrito and a fire grilled chicken burrito. The chicken In the burrito was overcooked. It was dry and even crunchy to give you an idea of how bad overcooked it was. Both.s were ordered with extra sour cream and guacamole, which they charge you for and none of that was included. If you look at the picture you'll see. There's no containers in the bag and nothing on the burritos. The fire grill state burrito was the smallest burrito i've ever seen from cafe rio. It was I'm also supposed to have extra meat which you pay extra for a none of that was there either. Kind of sad with this store as it seems like I have yet to receive an order that was correct.

Didnt get any chips for the chips and queso i paid for and got very limp soggy lettuce with burnt tortillas

Usually great, but tonight there was a lot of cilantro in my Salad and the black bean burritos were really salty.

I wanted a side of elote and they put the corn on my Quesadilla it was weird. Queso and Chips was cold Side Guacamole 2oz and Side of Creamy Tomatillo Dressing is consistently good.

i ordered the pollo asada Double Enchiladas and the chicken was burnt. i was expecting shredded chicken like the photo...but maybe thats the pork?
