• 3/14/24Love Cafe Rio but not this location (mall). On my salad, the rice wasn't cooked all the way and there was barely any meat. Queso was slightly burned/old. Bag of chips was only 1/3 full. One of the worst meals I've had with this restaurant.

• 8/2/24Sweet Pork First Timers had the smallest portion of pork I've ever seen in one of these entrees. I feel that I had no more than you could fit in a single ice cream scoop. The flavor was great, food was hot, but the portions were cheap.

• 2/9/23This location (city creek) is just awful. Rice is undercooked, Burrito has hardly ANY meat let alone the extra meat I paid three dollars for. Queso is dark and clumpy as if it sat in the hot table for hours on end, and then the crusty edges were stirred into the middle...
This isn't the first time this location has left me dissatisfied. And it is located in a mall, which adds to delivery time... DoorDash really should drop this location from the platform.

• 12/13/25Ordered a shredded chicken burrito and there were literally 2 small pieces of chicken in the entire burrito. The burrito was mainly wet rice with a few beans. Gross. Disappointed, especially for the inflated cost in the Door Dash app. Food quality seems to diminish when ordering through Door Dash. Not recommend.
