Did not get my order right. Asked for a bean and cheese burrito and they put a ton of pepper in it. Also ordered chips and queso and queso is cold and is the size of a salad dressing cup. What a waste of money.

Ordered a salad with grilled chicken (that was an extra charge) barely any chicken and this isn't a salad if there's hardly any lettuce. This is what it looked like after I added the dressing to it and mixed it up. A side salad has more lettuce than what they gave me. I would have ordered a bowl if that's what I wanted and the lack of chicken was upsetting.

Im done! I will not order from cafe Rio again! Everytime we order Cafe Rio from DD there is somethin wrong, missing, smaller portions, messy and not at all like you get when you stand in line and are watching them make it. It's like they dont care because you arent watching. This past order of soup had 1 table spoon of chicken. ONE! See picture. It was cold so ihad to put it in a bowl to heat up. Thats when I saw what I really got, not what I ordered. When my husband goes there and gets it in person, they fill it with broth and chicken with all the fixings on the side. Our DD orders, they put all the fixings inside the to go container making room for some broth and very little chicken. Not to mention they forget the cheese every time! I get maybe 4 strips of cilanto on the side and a nasty lime wedge. So disappointed and will not go back in person nor order off DD. Tired of pay $9 for broth! My husband tried the chicken elote for the first time and said, "yeah, it's good". Not great, not yummy, not delicious. Just meh, it's good. His meal is the only reason I have it two stars.

Good flavor but Quesadilla was undercooked and soggy. It fell apart trying to eat it. The portion size also seemed small for the cost. Probably won't order delivery again. Might be better in restaurant.

Chips were half cooked and still soggy on half of them, and they were incredibly over salted. The burrito did not have enough meat inside.
