I feel dumb for genuinely anticipating my very first time trying Cafe Rio's food. I finally ordered takeout the other night---> a shredded chicken quesadilla w/ 2oz side of guacamole. As my order arrived, I immediately noticed that the guacamole was missing completely.. then, as I proceed to eat the quesadilla by itself, I'm unexpectedly surprised at the massive amount of cheese put in this thing. The shredded chicken was pretty good, actually, but it was scarce. When I pay $15 on a chicken quesadilla (plus $5 tip, $4.99 delivery fee- so, $25 total) it's simply unacceptable to be served something that's literally unedible. Even after trying to remove alot of the excessive cheese, it was all just even more of a mess. So all in all, I'm out $25 and even hungrier afterall. Real talk--> I've enjoyed better tasting quesadillas at Taco🔔 Bell. I'm extremely disappointed and highly doubt that I'll ever be ordering anything from there again, pretty unfortunate. 0/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND! 👱♀️✌️

Tried this place for the first time on a whim. I got a bowl and really enjoyed it. It's about the same portion as chipotle, but the flavor was better, in my opinion. And, free chips and salsa! I only wish the side of salsa was enough for the bag they give you.

there were more tortilla chips topping than anything, 3 pics of meat on each salad bowl and the "tostada" bowl tortilla was soft. The Mint Limeade was good

Im sad to say but the nachos were a big disappointment. The meat was all fat, not enough beans, the chips were so salty and the pico was so bland. This is not my first time ordering here but it will be my last.
