• 9/22/24Disgusting quality and service issues here. Cold tortilla on my Burrito, no chicken on my Salad (except burned pieces), and my paid for sides were not added (literal quarter size amount of guacamole, which is not 2oz)

• 4/25/22breakfast burrito was very good. huevos ranchero was awful. practically the entire bowl was filled with tortilla strips. the rest was a glob of dark brown super salty dry beef with cheese. I couldn't see eggs or potatoes. won't order that one ever again.

• 9/1/25Mi esposo y yo compramos un par de burritos y estos eran 80% arroz... Ademas probe algo con sabor a desconpuesto, estoy casi segura a que fue el tomate de el "pico de gallo" Me gustaba Cafe Rio pero hiy estoy decepcionado ..

• 4/1/25Tortila is stale & rice is way over cooked. Crunchy rice barely added cheese either. Asked for steak & got like 2 pieces.
