Disgusting quality and service issues here. Cold tortilla on my Burrito, no chicken on my Salad (except burned pieces), and my paid for sides were not added (literal quarter size amount of guacamole, which is not 2oz)

breakfast burrito was very good. huevos ranchero was awful. practically the entire bowl was filled with tortilla strips. the rest was a glob of dark brown super salty dry beef with cheese. I couldn't see eggs or potatoes. won't order that one ever again.

Mi esposo y yo compramos un par de burritos y estos eran 80% arroz... Ademas probe algo con sabor a desconpuesto, estoy casi segura a que fue el tomate de el "pico de gallo" Me gustaba Cafe Rio pero hiy estoy decepcionado ..

Tortila is stale & rice is way over cooked. Crunchy rice barely added cheese either. Asked for steak & got like 2 pieces.

Salad was great! Good price considering how much food you get. Lemonade was pretty bad. Way too sweet and fake-tasting.
