I ordered nachos and 2 burritos for 55$. The burritos came mad skimpy and i paid an extra 1.25$ for enchilada style only to get 5 pieces of cheese on the top. The tortilla was doughy and the nachos had more beans on it than tortilla chips and meat combined. waste of money.

The portions were very different from the last time I ordered. There was literally maybe a two tablespoons of meat. I wish I was exaggerating. I asked for extra beans and got normal. I would not order again. The dressing (cilantro) tasted off, like more cream base than actual cilantro or lime. The corn salsa on it was good but honestly the entire salad itself has fallen a very far way from what it used to be. The jalepenos were jarred jalapeños which is fine but honestly was surprised. There was no cheese when there was supposed to be. Very sad an disappointing salad.

The salad dressing was spilled out completely, with nothing left in the container to even pour on the salad. I tried to call and text the instant I saw and the credit was $3, which is the price of the salad dressing. There was no consideration for the inconvenience. On to the other orders- they were portioned about half the size of any onsite visit. The order was less than expected than what you get when you order in person. The burrito could have wrapped twice around itself, just a disappointment for a place that historically has been enjoyable.

Really disappointed in Cafe Rio. The bowl was mostly rice. I honestly think that it's such a waste, no one could eat this much rice. Very little meat and veggies and I asked for extra fajita veggies. And the cheese dip tastes like it burned in a holding pot and this was the cheese they could salvage. Build Your Own Bowl Queso and Chips
