I ordered a grilled steak burrito with extra meet but they did not have enough steak to fulfill the extra meat I had paid for so I opted for half grilled chicken. The manager called and asked what I wanted and I made sure that burrito was STACKED! That was the biggest best burrito I have ever gotten from Cafe Rio so the although I didn't get all Steak they made sure my burrito was going to be great and it was. So thank you to the manager who called me and made the extra initiative. I own many small businesses and I know the value of an employee who is willing to go the extra mile and do the right thing by a customer and it's nice to see it.

Our enchiladas were fantastic and always a favorite! Unfortunately, the 2 sides of guacamole we paid nearly $5 for amounted to less than 2 Tbl. of guacamole. I hoping this was an error and not the new size of a "side" of guacamole.

Pork enchilada was great. Our shrimp tacos had three shrimp each - all of them were tough to chew and flavorless. The KeyLime Pie was runny, full of dark flecks and minus the whip cream.
I love this Cafe Rio, but was terribly dissappointed with the quality this time. Not sure what happened!

Really disappointing experience. The delivery took much longer than expected because the dasher was handling another order, and the restaurant appeared to be sending out multiple dashers for the same order. By the time it arrived, the food was past the expected time and everything was soggy. I ordered a salad, but it arrived more like soup. The tortilla/“gorilla” (item) was soggy and mushy as well. On top of that, several items were missing: I ordered shredded lettuce and didn’t receive it, I paid for extra pico and didn’t get it, I requested half-and-half dressings but only received one, and there were no utensils included. Not worth the price for the quality and missing items.

Worse than Chipotle. I ordered a Salad with extra steak. Took the steak out and weighed it on a food scale. 2.8 oz. You're better off going in and recording them so they actually put meat in your entree.
