I paid almost $13 for a bean and rice "burrito". See picture attached. They didn't add meat, or any of the fillings. I opened it to check when I saw how tiny it was. Smaller than the palm of my hand.
The kids quesadilla was also missing the meat, and it looked like someone took a bite out of it. The kids meal was also missing the drink.
Absolutely disgusting presentation. Looked like someone threw yesterday's leftovers in my box.
Cafe Rio completely lost the quality they used to have.

The Utah burrito was loosely wrapped and completely unbeatable. Did not taste good either BUT I should've stuck with a safer option. Tostada came in a pool of water and tortilla was completely disintegrated.

food was old and not good. I ordered first thing in the morning. the tortilla was old and hard. obviously left over from the night before. the chicken was dry. they did t give me very much lettuce.

I have never had a bad experience here! The food is amazing! My favorite place. The queso tastes authentic as well as the burrito. Definitely going to try other food they have here but this is the best!

Paid $20+ for a steak Salad that had literally 6 s all piece of meat, less than half a cup of rice and beans, and half the bowl of salad. It shouldn't even be price $10 for what I got!
