Chips and queso were fine. Burrito was the most unflavored burrito I have ever tasted. Chicken was way over cooked and was complete rubber. Burrito wasn't even wrapped correctly. Looks like they just threw it in a tin. Wont order from Cafe Rio again.

The worst quesadilla I have eaten in many, many years. The presentation was very attractive but very impractical for eating. The quesadilla was ice cold as if it had been made ahead and refrigerated until needed; it was flavorless and was not cut into slices for easy eating. The guacamole and sour cream were ordinary tasting. There was no pico de gallo - only shredded romaine lettuce and tasteless underripe diced tomato. The salsa that came with the quesadilla was flavorless and too runny to be a practical condiment. The garnishes had the right color; they ended at that. No flatware or napkins were included. To top it off, the bag the quesadilla came in smelled of women's perfumed body powder. At least the Diet Coke tasted great. A very poor value at over $20.00. It deserves zero stars. I will never order from Cafe Rio Mexican Grill again. They give Mexican food a bad name.

The portions were great but everything tasted very bland (we ordered 3 different types of enchiladas and cilantro rice).

The food was ok, but the Queso and Chips was terrible. the queso tastes like (and has the consistency of) spicy tomato soup.

Over priced and incredibly slow. Took forever and still got the order wrong then didn't believe me when I told them. After receipt confirming it, they fixed.
