I was so disappointed with this Zupas restaurant and the salad size. I ordered a full-size salad chicken avocado chopped. it was not even as large as a half size is when getting it in store for dine in. Maybe six small pieces of chicken and there were only 3 thin, small pieces of avocado. It was definitely not a good value for the cost to order on DoorDash and have delivered plus tip. My door dasher was excellent. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. But absolutely not a quantity that deserved $15 plus tip.

Underwhelming quality. I realize there are supply issues and everything is more expensive right now, but I would expect that a price increase to the customer means we are still given the same amount/quality of food as before. This simply was not the case for my order. The pulled pork didn't fill the space of the bread and the salad had very few of the selected ingredients. My protein choice was hard-boiled eggs and my salad came with only 1/2 an egg. That is a pretty small portion size for an ingredient that costs an additional $2.39 - definitely not equivalent to the other protein options. It seems as though inflation of cost is not actually mitigating anything, since the quality and quantity have decreased.

So delicious! Salads are always fresh and the enchilada chili soup was flavorful, warm, and just the right amount. Best treat is always the chocolate covered strawberries!

What is going on with Café Zupas? I'm so disappointed. There is one slice of turkey and one slice of cheese and a tiny little bit of bacon on this bacon turkey club… What a disappointment! I've ordered from them before and I've loved their sandwiches. I'm not sure what's going on . I've included a picture. You can literally see the one very very thin slice of turkey… I ordered a salad two days ago and they forgot all the avocado. I'm not sure what's going on. It's disappointing. I usually love them.
