When their Lobster Bisque is on, it's on! My favorite of their soups, and the consistency of quality is most always very good! Their chocolate covered strawberries, when they are on, they are excellent! I will say that on a few orders the strawberry has been the size of a grape, and for better customer satisfaction, small strawberries like that should never be used;
Because psychologically the strawberry represents Zupas appreciation for the customer. And if a customer gets a tiny chocolate strawberry, they most likely will skip Zupas for someone else the next time they order; then try Zupas again after that. The strawberry is Zupas signature on the meal, and a small strawberry also shows a lack of confidence. It sounds crazy, but I've been in advertising for almost two decades and studies phycology; advertising and psychology go hand in hand. It'd be interesting to do a study and ask customers about this.
ALSO, I say this about the strawberry, because the chocolate covered strawberry at Zupas is incredible!! One order before this today, the strawberry was TINY. But today's order had a perfect one; the taste of the chocolate is just amazing! But I'm writing this mostly to express my appreciation for a good meal, but also that in my humble (and professional) opinion, Zupas should never send out TINY strawberries; however, any size above that is perfect.

The food was over-priced for the quality and quantity. My "grilled" sandwich arrived soggy wet with one thin slice of turkey and barely a slice of bacon. For a price of $9.69, I was very disappointed with this sandwich. The Steak Cobb had very little meat in it... nothing like the photo. I won't order from here again.

I ordered the grilled cheese brisket and nuts about berries ~ made perfect and it's delicious! Zupas never disappoints!

Our salads were overpriced trays of lettuce! One or two pieces of protein (chicken or steak) a piece of corn here, a black bean there... I paid extra for avocado and there was no avocado at all. We get Zupas a lot and it is super frustrating to not get the same salad at home that we get in store.

Old brown slimy mixed greens. Brown avocado. I had to pick through the lettuce and take out all of the brown lettuce and was left with less than half chicken chop avocado salad. Super sucks.
