Vegan breakfast roll was soooo good. I wish I got 2. Latte was nice, too! Too many pumps of flavor though. Wish there had been an option to note how many pumps you'd like.

I love Caffe Nero and never have complaints. I just don't consider this bacon cooked. I know everyone has bacon preferences and I like mine crispy, but this is the limpest, palest bacon I have ever seen on a sandwich, barely opaque. Once I got it how I wanted it, the sandwich was delicious, like everything else I ordered.

I paid for a Chicken Noodle Soup I rec coco ut lentil soup instead. The cup was so tiny and not even filled up to my expectations. It was hard to eT because literally the beans were super hard. $26 I didnt enjoy.

Second order in a row where my whole drink spilled. They used to put a sticker over the hole but don't anymore (so it could have been avoided). Also stop substituting my snacks. No one wants a hard dry biscotti stick so don't give it to me after I order a croissant
