eggnog latte delicious. ham and swiss croissant delicious. but they could have put a stopper in my drink so it didn't spill everywhere.

The "idea" of the spiced pear latte was really inviting -- and indeed the fragrance of pear came through strongly -- but the large size latte was 1/3 foam. A couple of strong sips nearly emptied the cup. Did I like it? Very much. Would I buy it again? Not unless I hit a lucky scratch ticket.
The melted turkey and cheese multigrain sandwhich was terrific -- the cheese (I picked swiss) did not overwhelm the turkey ( for this reason I woukd probably steer clear of strong cheeses, like cheddar. And the cranberry sauce was an unexpected surprise. It was exactly what I would have added were I making it myself at home. The portion was satisfying although hungry breakfast eaters might want to order two.

Not all items were clearly labeled which is problematic for group orders like for my team lunch today. I got the Chicken Caesar Wrap and it was missing much of the Caesar dressing and the wrap was dry and hard. Additionally, we ordered an Italian Ciabatta cold but was delivered hot, and another sandwich was substituted (or accidentally swapped).
I've always had a good experience at another Caffe Nero but today's experience was pretty bad.

They always go out of their way to make sure to give me something similar to my order whenever they sell out of the usual muffin I order. I appreciate the effort and the note apologizing for any inconvenience.
