My iced coffee was received in good condition with minimal melting. Really good, smooth cold brew. The marshmallow foam tastes amazing and held up well in transit; melted into the coffee at a nice, slow pace. Photo is from about 10 minutes after receiving. My one suggestion would be to include a straw with DoorDash orders or rethink this sticker/lid combo, but other than that, great delivery and great coffee.
I know and appreciate that the DoorDash sticker over the lid is to avoid spills, but since it's a paper sticker over a sip-lid top, it didn't peel off cleanly and left a bunch of paper residue around the sipping area. Luckily I have my own straw handy; but could be a little annoying for those who don't.

The coffee was delicious, and I’d definitely order it again. My only concern was the delivery packaging. There was no tamper-evident seal or sticker on the drink, so it arrived looking as though I had picked it up myself, rather than having it delivered. While my order appeared untouched, secure packaging is an important food safety measure for delivery orders. I hope they add tamper-proof seals in the future because the coffee itself was excellent.
