The food was fantastic!! I don't know when I've ever tasted a etter Chicken & Sausage Gumbo. So delicious. The portions are huge. The food was still hot when it arrived! I can't say enough good things about Cajun Corneraa

the seafood should have been fried fresh, the hush puppies were old and hard and the Cajun gizzards was old and dried up like they were cooked overnight. the tea was good the fries were hot . that was 21. dollar's thrown away that plate made it rated a D .. I'm a food critic

Fried Oyster Basket was very salty and oysters were overly soggy inside crust. Not what I am use to.
Etouffee sauce was good, but seafood bland.
Price was great, service was great, just not for me on the food.

I ordered this the day before yesterday and the Cream Sauce Seafood Etouffee was amazing very well seasoned and so I wanted it again but today it lacked so much of that flavor so definitely a let down and the Loaded blackened salmon didn't have as much sauce as the catfish did but I put the etouffee in it so that made it a lot better.
