All three dishes were delicious. Moist flavorful Bayou Chicken, beans and rice was smokey and Tiger wings were awesome and big!

Food is good, wish they would give me sauce options besides cocktail sauce. Also, the gumbo would be excellent if it wasn't for the fact that they don't deslime the okra before adding it to the gumbo. No one wants slimy gumbo.

Barely any fish on poboy for price. Gumbo portion was small. Tomatos, okra and redfish rock was good. Not rushing to order again.

The menus on DoorDash says the 5 dollar sprite is a 20 ounce bottle. It was a small fountain sprite. That a ridiculous price!

The food at CS used to be good. Gumbo and Etouffee were pretty darn good considering we are not in New Orleans. The quality has changed. Seafood gumbo is tasteless and has almost no seafood. The Etouffee is not cooked well. The roux is not properly cooked. It tastes like what it is, undercooked flour and grease. It looks like flour and grease. Seriously. The roux should be on the darker side of golden brown. This has been the case for the last several orders. Very disappointing.
