Everything was amazing and fresh! Boudin Eggrolls were amazing, I had to wait for them to cool down! Awesome take on Boudin! N'awlins Cheese Bread was amazing, everything on it was so fresh! Bayou Party was also fantastic! I've ordered from here 3 times now and everything is always fresh and fantastic

The texture of the breading was good, more like homemade. Even though it was fried, it wasnt greasy. Coleslaw was good also, not too sweet or salty. The portions are great, they're "at home" sizes. Everything was fresh, nothing had a reheated or warmer flavor or texture.

The chicken tenders were way too salty and I love salt but too much here. It was plenty of fish and the fish itself tasted fresh and good but I don't know if it was the batter or the oil or the temperature, the texture was bad, like what comes from the grocery store, frozen premade. Hush puppies were just ok, I've had much better. Something I have a big, big problem with is when fried food is put in plastic, styrofoam or anything along those lines and then put in a plastic bag. EVERYTIME IT SWEATS AND THEN GETS SOGGY AND ITS RUINED!! Most of the time the temperature is good, still warm, but it's soggy. Very few places use paper for packaging fried delivery food. Common sense guys
