The chili Green Chile Fries - Lunch and Red Chile Fries - Lunch were the best I have had for the last 20 years. I have been looking for a place that made these like what I remember as a kid. Great food, great price.

Huevos Rancheros : awesome, greatly done. 
Nachos , a lil dry in the meat and beans, you're restaurant could be a full five star just because you're willing to make improvements to be better, and in holbrook Az your restaurant is the next to best one, do NOT be afraid to create new recipes, do cook offs between staff members to see who could be the lead chef in your kitchen, do not be afraid to train your servers to adk if the customer would like their food seasoned or they prefer to season themselves, the beans are lil dry, keep up the awesome work you have greater potential to be the best seller in holbrook, by making improvements each year, create new menu choices each year or every 6 months, don't be afraid to take a chance at making fresh beans, salas, while selling the other stuff on hand the fresher the better add flavor show you're passion to cook in your meals and with great presentation.  As a cook myself, and former restaurant owner I give you advice only for you to improve and outsell other places, reward your staff for their hard work for your company. I BELIEVE IN YOU,  and I have tried all restaurants in holbrook and only two out of three  are as preferable to me as yours is between your restaurant, alibertos, and Ramos I don't see much potential for the others as much as I do for yours. REMEMBER YOUR PASSION AND WHY U WANTED TO DO A RESTAURANT TO BEGIN WITH, then show it in your food. your food is flavored, but my best advice is keep it fresh upon order don't serve three day old left overs, you got left over at the end of the day give it to the hungry, animals, or even your chicken coop, so it doesn't waste, the paying customer that is paying you and your company deserves fresh food, and when you make more than enough remember to also help those in need. this is how you will improve my friends.... now go be a five star and get out if the three star zone already. lol

Carne Asada Fries had no beans.  
Cherry Piewas a apple pie and not worth $9.00
Steak was way over cooked.

Breakfast good.  1 Enchilada - A La Carte  and 1 Tostada - A La Carte    not good.  Ordered ground beef on both. Got skimpy cheese enchilada and skimpy bean tostada. Really disappointed.
