not only do they package everything well and the food is always tasty and fresh, but every time they don't have particular item they take the time to write a personal note and make it up in some other way. I really appreciate the care they take

loved the chicken and gravyloaded Gravy Loaded Fries, but didn't receive the drink I ordered and there is no way to contact the store to follow this up.
