Disgustingly small serve ofchips considered two were ordered, barely passable for one
Also got given squid rings and not onion rings.

Soaked in boiling water with a spoonful of bi-carb overnight, Rinsed well, just covered with water then brought to a boil then a gentle simmer. Add a pinch of salt and a little sugar. Continue simmer g until desired consistency achieved. Nowt like em!
