Pernil was delicious, really good portion size for a dinner. Sancocho was amazing, perfect comfort food.

meat was flavorful but was a small portion of meat, especially for the amount of rice given. Yellow rice was not what I was expecting from a Bodega, has veggies, wasn't bad.
Salad could use some oil/vinegar.
Overall wasn't bad, would have to try the white rice and beans next time.

I ordered other items. This is the second time this location has not tried to contact me or clarify that they don't have the items ordered before order is complete. $40 for warm oatmeal? Ridiculous.

La picadera has more tostones and fries than anything else. Definitely wouldn't order again. Not worth it.
