We're always a bit skeptical about vegan options in smaller cities but the Impossible Tacos were incredible! Everything was so fresh and perfectly flavored and the portions were massive. If you're eating plant-based and having doubts, just go for it, you won't regret it!

Its basically fancy taco bueno. The carne asada which is literally skirt steak was the smallest portion ive ever seen at a Mexican restaurant while costing more than others. Enchiladas bland. Just no thanks.

Small portion of Carne Asada, bland rice and beans. Salsa had little flavor and was very watery. Enchiladas tasted like if Taco Bell rubbed the meat on the ground.
Cheese dip was good for dollar store off brand rotel dip. I guess. Won't order again.

For such expensive upchargw for meat, could have been cooked thoroughly and more pieces to fill up taco. I was not impressed with the food at all for the high price. Had better at cheaper places.
