Others weren't kidding about the portion sizes! This is easily the best Chinese joint in the area. I was a little worried by the presentation at first. I thought this would be yet another repeat of the bland, identical slop sold by the Chinese "restaurants" nearby. You know what I'm talking about if you've experienced it: noodles and/or meat swimming in an ugly sauce, vegetables cut into obnoxious portions, and mushy breading when it should be crispy. This Lo Mein is making my brain explode with happy chemicals — it smells wonderful and it tastes good.

out of all the asian establishments in Uniontown, Canton is the very best. as I sit here, belly full of Shrimp Lo Mein, I can't help but to be overcome by satisfaction and joy. I order this meal time after time and it never ceases to delight! If the charge is enjoying a succulent Chinese meal, then lock me up and throw away the key!

My wife and I both ordered the General Tso's chicken. One a few staples we order when getting Chinese food. Anyone who has ever ordered this dish knows it's supposed to be spicy. This one was not. It was sweet with only the smallest hint that something spicy MAY be in it.
The chicken fingers were not only soggy, but tasteless when the breading was removed.

We tried this place for the first time today and were very disappointed. The fried rice was clearly days old and over salted (and we like our salt. So, that's pretty impressive)
The sauce for your typical Chinese-Restaurant-Staple, of basic Chicken and Broccoli was disgusting. It left an odd and lingering aftertaste, the chicken's texture was odd like it was over boiled or something.
A lot of food and Money gone to waste.. not coming back.

I would have given a 5 star review because we love Canton! The food is always delicious! It's our favorite Chinese food in the area. I would just like to request that you put the homemade duck sauce on the menu as an extra to add on for purchase. I've put it in the comments the last 2 times & haven't gotten it & it's my husband's favorite! Before, when you all have seen it, you just charge me for a pint of it. But the last 2 times it must have been overlooked. It would be great if it could be added to the menu. Thank You!!
