Consistently so freakin good. They always follow directions and I have gotten three or four different omelettes and have never been disappointed. Prices are literally the best compared to other breakfast spots. Canyon cafe is AWESOME.

Consistently so good. They always follow instructions and get it right every time. It's also one of the few breakfast spots that have kept their prices low in comparison to some of the other local breakfast spots in Vallejo. My go to for an omelette every time.

Pancakes were all you could ask for-  large and fluffy with a nice buttermilk tang. Honestly the corned beef hash looked and tasted like it was straight from a can( no corned beef flavor at all).

I live Canyon Cafe!! Some of my most favorite things are the Canyon Omelette, BLT and Club Sandwich!   Mmmmm!
