It is absolutely incredible! The cannolis are amazing. The pizza is delicious and the ingredient quality is top-tier.

Ordered a Large Margherita Pizza & there were only two basil leaves on it.
Thats the only topping!
You'd think there be one for each slice. On top of that, the pizza just wasn't very good. Gummy texture to the crust, bland sauce, low quality all around.

I'm a pizza purist and as far as pizza goes, this place is a bit better than average. the crust is chewy and slightly soggy which means it's not being cooked at a high enough temperature. If they fix this in the future, this would truly be the best pizza in Birmingham! The sauce tastes phenomenal and the buffalo mozzarella is magnificent. Please fix the crust. Also the cannoli cannot be slept on. It's the best cannoli I've had in Alabama!
